- we operate only between professional operators (B2B), subject to prior client qualification;
- we do not supply such products to private individuals and we do not publish dosages, blend percentages, formulations or prices;
- we apply the traceability and reporting obligations laid down by the precursors legislation.

Do you sell racing fuel to private individuals?
No. P.S.P. operates exclusively B2B. The products in the special fuels segment, and in particular the substances classified as precursors (Reg. (EU) 2019/1148), are handled only between qualified professional operators.
Do you produce to our specification?
Yes. Our model is third-party (OEM) production and blending: we work to the professional client’s technical specification, with quality control and confidentiality. We do not provide the formulations ourselves.
Do you also provide the transport and safety documents?
We manage the packaging and the documentation related to the transport of dangerous goods (ADR) where applicable, and the product safety information in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Is the product under the excise regime?
It depends on the product classification. Where it falls within the regime, it is managed through our ADM-authorised tax warehouse, with the related obligations.
