Everything revolves around a single asset, the authorised tax warehouse: this is the root that lets us package under your brand while keeping products under excise duty suspension until release for consumption. In practical terms, you do not tie up capital in duties on the stored and packaged product until it is actually released for consumption or shipped.

What the OEM and private label service includes

In practical terms, you rely on a single facility for the entire technical and fiscal chain. Each item answers a specific operational need:

• Blending and formulation to your specification: you get exactly the formula you need, produced and blended in our ISO 9001 certified facility, without having to qualify a plant.
• Filling and packaging: packaging in the commercial formats suited to your channel, ready for distribution.
• Private label: the product reaches the market with the customer's brand, graphics and label, as if it were entirely yours.
• Compliant CLP labelling: for PSP-branded products we handle classification, marking and a safety data sheet coordinated with the product; for goods packaged on behalf of third parties we apply labelling on the basis of the classification and safety data sheet provided by the principal, who remains the owner of the product.
• Fiscal and documentary management: movement under duty suspension with documentation compliant with ADM obligations, EMCS, e-AD and e-DAS management, so you do not have to coordinate different parties for the excise side.
• EU and non-EU shipping: a single flow from production to delivery, with the correct accompanying documentation for each destination, without managing separate suppliers for production and logistics.

The range that can be packaged under the customer's brand

We package under the customer's brand the energy and petrochemical products for which a branded line makes concrete commercial sense, in particular specialty fuels, additives and lubricants. On the same platform we also handle solvents and technical bases, packaged on request.

Biofuels (HVO, FAME) are packaged accompanied by the sustainability documentation of the certified supply chain of origin: the sustainability certification and mass balance remain the responsibility of the supplier and the upstream supply chain. Methanol remains a specialty fuel at the full excise rate and is not a biofuel.

PSP brand or third-party goods, two distinct tracks

We adapt the model to your fiscal and commercial setup. Packaging can follow two paths, with different ownership and responsibilities:

• PSP-branded products (own production): we formulate and produce the product, which is then packaged under the customer's brand. Responsibility for production, classification and the safety data sheet remains with PSP.
• Third-party goods in third-party storage: the product is owned by the principal and is held and packaged at our tax warehouse, with PSP acting as warehouse keeper. Responsibility for ownership of the goods, classification and the safety data sheet remains with the principal, the owner of the product.

Can I have a line of fuels or additives under my own brand without an authorised plant? Yes. PSP packages under the customer's brand (private label) within its own ADM-authorised tax warehouse, from formulation to the finished labelled product, reserved for professional operators.

What is the difference between OEM and private label packaging? In OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) packaging, PSP produces and packages on behalf of the customer; in private label the product reaches the market with the customer's brand, graphics and label.
