For any request concerning data protection, you may contact the controller directly at the contact details indicated in point 1.
3. Types of data processed
- Navigation data: data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (for example IP addresses, browser type, device parameters, access times), processed for aggregated statistical and security purposes.
- Data provided voluntarily through the "Request a quote" form: first name, surname, company, e-mail address, country, telephone number, product or service of interest and the content of the message.
- Data collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in the Cookie Policy and managed through the consent banner.
4. Purposes and legal bases of the processing
- to respond to requests for information and quotations and to take any pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- to ensure the operation, security and proper management of the website, on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- to comply with obligations laid down by law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);
- where the data subject gives specific consent through the banner, to install non-technical cookies and similar technologies (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 122 of Legislative Decree 196/2003).
5. Nature of the provision of data
The provision of data is optional. However, failure to provide the data marked as mandatory in the form makes it impossible to act on the request.
6. Methods of processing
Data are processed using electronic tools, adopting technical and organisational measures appropriate to ensuring their confidentiality, integrity and availability (Article 32 GDPR), in line with the management system adopted by the controller. No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR, is carried out.
7. Retention period
Data are retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and to fulfil legal obligations. Contact data used for commercial purposes are retained until any withdrawal of consent or objection by the data subject. Once these periods have elapsed, the data are deleted or anonymised.
8. Data recipients
Data may be processed by authorised personnel and by suppliers acting as processors within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR, in particular the hosting and e-mail provider Aruba S.p.A., with servers located within the European Union, and the technical and website maintenance service providers. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law. The data are not subject to dissemination.
9. Transfers outside the EU
No transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area are envisaged. Should this become necessary, it would take place in compliance with the safeguards provided for in Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, for example by means of an adequacy decision of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses.
10. Rights of the data subject
The data subject may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Articles 15-22 GDPR), as well as withdraw any consent given without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Requests may be sent to the controller's contact details indicated in point 1 (contact form or address privacy@pspsrl.com). The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
